Piggy's mate
No point risking them if they have knocks and still a good team from a good squad. Rochdale at home is more important imo Touch Rugby W(h)inger and part-time Super Hero (Thursday mornings by appointment) BATLEY BULLDOGS RLFC
yearofthedog
Hope some of these changes are forced as no one should be dropped from last.... leak Smeaton and farrell had massive games last week... would of like to of seen a bit of continuity after the last couple of games.... I think the post above by Batley Bob with the link suggests that the missing are injured, though cannot recall if it mentions Ainscough!

Maybe try reading the previous posts..... "Joel Farrell is waiting for the results of a scan on his knee, Alistair Leak has picked up a knock to the leg, Danny Cowley has a cut above the eye and Sam Smeaton is also carrying a knock that could see him ruled out of Sunday’s game." ;)

phildog
Hayward csn't be left out, he's grabbed his chance big time. Bit sorry for Ainscough, unless he's injured, as I think he's worked hard on his positioning and tackling. Others clearly can't play if not fit and as MD says the squad has strength across the board. Johndeere
Defence is always going to be weakened when the likes of Farrel Leak and Smeaton are out with injuries ! IMO anyway . Second half maybe a turnaround Up the Doggies
distantdog
Bit of a heavy defeat, but l suppose being realistic it was always going to be a bit of a challenge, especially without the above mentioned and Brad Day. However, statistically speaking, it is an improvement on our result there during the middle 8's. Some strange results today, especially at Oldham and Sheffield! Toulouse look to be getting accustomed to the travelling, and no dead cat bounce from our neighbours across the valley! I started to follow the match on BBC Radio Humberside, but found them to be unbearably patronising so had to give it a miss!
