In fact with the absence of any form of organised sport we could monetise this. All we need is a contract with someone like BetFred and Ray Winstone out front saying "Oos's gunna be the nearest to slim this week? will Shadow continue his osccilation between 87.5 and 86.5kg?"

Remember, when the fun stops you've probably been reduced to competitive weight loss for your entertainment.

Edited to highlight Bob8's weight gain which will probably mean his much younger scandinavian wife will have to comfort him. Bob, you can thank me later.

Day 3 in isolation in the Big Shadow House and I have risen to 80.5kg.

Both my boxing and generic fighting classes have been cancelled and this might be linked to the gain.

I have been avoiding the thread.

With the best, thats a good bit of PR, though I would say the Bedford team, theres, like, you know, 13 blokes who can get together at the weekend to have a game together, which doesnt point to expansion of the game. Point, yeah go on!

The missus has dragged me to EMS training. She has started it and loves it.

I am skeptical, I suspect the key thing is feeling encouraged and having a personal trainer. But, It has motivated her to exercise so I am glad she is doing it.

All public recreation centres (along with most public stuff the city runs) have been shut down until April 5th.  Good job the weather's warming up a bit here, can at least get some street/park walking and running in.  Still got the inversion table at home that I do core stuff on so not much change there but no weights for a while.

Gyms are now banned in Denmark. On account of corona, rather than an aspiration to a more UK/US shape. This does not bode well.

Neither of my gyms are legally registered and the boxing gym is plain illegal and unlicenced. But, both are following the ban.

I’m working from home till the 29th at earliest.  I might buy an exercise bike.

Ive been for a walk last 2 days though, as I need a break from the world right now.

Any particular genre?  Safe for work?

I use Nate Bower when I have access to a heavy bag, but now I do not.

Probably not safe for work, as you might hit a colleague if piece of furniture by mistake.

Crossfit - TeamRichey ( + vlogs, etc), 

Some fitness/challenges/skills - Goal Guys and Mike Boyd

Climbing with some fitness - Magnus Midtbø

There is fitness in there - Juji & Tom

Unbelievably dropped to 158lbs this week.  No idea how or why, not as much activity, more chocolate and I lose weight.  No wonder the women hate me. LOL

Took me past the 70lbs lost again though.  Something pleasantly OCD about 70lbs and 5st lost.

With all the gyms on lockdown I've had to venture outside, my neighbourhood is quite hilly which is a different challenge for me being off a flat track.  One loop is 2.5k, conveniently.  Having to figure out how to tackle jogging on gradients without faceplanting is a challenge I've been putting off, so I suppose this is a good thing to come out of the chaos.  One irrational fear conquered so I'll take that little victory.

Played my last game of squash for a while as club has shut down. Going to be difficult to maintain weight now never mind lose it. Although if work stops I might not be able to afford to eat so swings and roundabouts. Going to have to start going for a run not my favourite as it’s hard on the body.
