149.0 oops

With the best, thats a good bit of PR, though I would say the Bedford team, theres, like, you know, 13 blokes who can get together at the weekend to have a game together, which doesnt point to expansion of the game. Point, yeah go on!

85.7kg today. Resting heart rate hit a new low of 42 bpm yesterday. Finished my strength block with 180kg deadlift, 150kg squat and 95kg bench. Now training for power which is the fun part!

Those are decent weights you are lifting

162.5 lbs this week.  Crocked myself falling on ice this past Sunday, going to be a fun week doped up LOL.  Giving myself a week before getting back to major activity.  Focus on food intake instead and not eat the frustration.

Yeah I've been training for a good few years to be fair. Upper body always seems to lag massively behind unfortunately!

Never skip leg day lol

I'm 97 kgs and my dead lift is.90.And squats are 90.. haven't been.able.to squat for 20 yrs due to.disc.injuries.

Weight training is so much fun.  Cardio.not so much.

Most gyms now are anytime fitness so pretty poor for weights.  Theres.not many good.weights gym.nearby

78.9 this morning. Decent 5 mile training run last night and improved eating. It's pretty basic theory on losing weight, harder in practice!

149.8.

Next week will be a struggle as I'm away with work on expenses.... so 'free' breakfasts and restaurant every night.  I know you don't have to eat the menu... but when someone else is paying....

I travel on business. If it is Wednesday, I have to remind myself to eat like Wednesday, not Saturday night.

It's the same.

Which given my total lack of any real movement is something of a miracle.

167.2lbs this week, up 4.7lbs.  Had a no activity week after a fall and ate the frustration instead.  It was as high as 169lbs earlier so at least I'm heading the right way again after catching myself and resetting the thinking.  Not beating myself up over it, just drawing a line and moving on the way I should.  Progress not perfection.
