Bedford Roughyed Posted March 22, 2020 Posted March 22, 2020 Was looking at exercise bikes last week... this week they are sold out everywhere... in fact all gym equipment is getting hoarded right now... 1 With the best, thats a good bit of PR, though I would say the Bedford team, theres, like, you know, 13 blokes who can get together at the weekend to have a game together, which doesnt point to expansion of the game. Point, yeah go on!
Bedford Roughyed Posted March 22, 2020 Posted March 22, 2020 153.2 for this week please. tim2 Posted March 22, 2020 Posted March 22, 2020 79.7, not bad considering I'm cooped up at home. Tomorrow I will measure out the perimeter of my lawns and drive. I hope it's about 100m, which means I have a 50 lap parkrun. 1 "I am the avenging angel; I come with wings unfurled, I come with claws extended from halfway round the world. gingerjon Posted March 23, 2020 Posted March 23, 2020 No idea on the weight, I've put the scales away. Did run 11.3k this morning whilst staying 2m away from everyone else at all times. MattSantos Posted March 24, 2020 Posted March 24, 2020 (edited) 118. Not too bad given that i broke my exercise every day in March recently. Too much chocolate around as well. Kettlebell arrives later - first goal is 10,000 swings with the 24 in 4 weeks. Did this before and was injured half way.. will try again.
