162.8 lbs this week, up very slightly.  Maintaining well in the range I'm looking for.

5km run Tuesday, another 5km ran last night both around 31 minutes.  Going to hit -18C here tonight so didn't want to be going to and from the gym in that. LOL  Albertans and Manitobans will think me a wimp being in Toronto, warm spring weather for them. ??

149.6.  Cheers!

With the best, thats a good bit of PR, though I would say the Bedford team, theres, like, you know, 13 blokes who can get together at the weekend to have a game together, which doesnt point to expansion of the game. Point, yeah go on!

161.2 lbs this week.  Slower 5k's  rather than quicker 3k's have been my go to this week.  Done 4 of them which is ridiculous in a good way, but have been too excited doing that and neglected the swimming.  Need to get back in the pool.

Down to 79kg.
Just been to the doctors and got good reports.

Weight has just stayed steady for me, though gradually reducing my calories now. On the plus side, I'm still getting fitter. Resting heart rate is currently 41 and today was 10 rower intervals of 40 seconds on, 70 seconds off at 1:30/500m pace. Not bad for someone who's only 5'8!

Great!
This is a fitness thread rather than weight.

Get your 2k done..!

I've moved from the rower to the ski. I hate the ski. Absolutely hate it. It's awful.

I'm off to the USA next week. That won't help.

Shattered after today. A two hour nap in the afternoon as taken the edge off it, and I now feel normal worn out.

86 although that’s up slightly from last week (down to not eating for three days with man flu) it’s  still a downward trend from the week before.

161.4lbs this week.  Been carrying a bug so haven't done as much, only 1 5km run, 3x 3km instead though, still keeping going, more so I don't get out of the habit of not going.

Apologies for the delayed posting this week, I was away over the weekend and as you can see I fell off the wagon a bit.
As a social experiment I can confirm that Cornish Gold Cider,  Pasties  and lotted cream are NOT conducive to weight loss

In a first for the group I think everyone that has posted a figure has increased weight since last week.

The good news is the running is going steadily with 190k covered so far this year - and without feeling that I'm pushing myself too hard. Feeling genuinely good to get out there and move.

The bad news is that diet and drinking aren't doing great things for the weight which now stands at 85kg. Up from the start of the year and I can't remotely claim that it's the development of any muscle.

Need to get on top of that.
