Fair point, I’d had a few bevvies. The BBC like all national media do pretty much ignore League and fawn over Union though. And I’m looking forward to watching on iPlayer.

It grates that he has a Vichy sleeve, which is part of how it passed the BBC censors of course. But he did a great thing and their money is still legal tender and can be spent on good causes. A great man and a legend of our game.

I watched this & I don't think once did they call him a Union legend, they mentioned he was defensive coach at Leicester,  but also said he played for Rhinos.
