Video refs on BBC have always seemed very clunky in operation.

You are reliant upon the TV Director getting the correct replays lined up in order and quickly which the BBC sometimes struggle with

Saints must be a bit rattled considering how dominant they have been prior to this game. Leeds will be happy with that though conceding a try will have been annoying.

Lots of defensive effort in the first half, shutting down the Saints' backs. If Leeds tire first, the match could turn on that.

Let's hope the attendance for the mens game is better than this, those two games will give us a good indication of how empty the Tottenham stadium will be

###### poor attendance if this was a standalone final

The pace has certainly built up here.

I am a Saints fan, but by eck Leeds are making a damn good case for getting my support to win this thing.

Properly good rugby.

A rare chance for Goldthorpe to show her evasive running skills. Got damn close to a try, too.

That was a cracking run that did deserve a try.

Bury my head and pretended it's all amazing and lie like people do with women's football?

I'd like to see her playing Nines; with a little more room on the pitch, she could be lethal.

Meanwhile, St Helens take the lead with a converted Cunningham try.

Away with you. There are only three types of folk who wouldn’t be very happy with the standard of this game:

- those not watching it.
- misogynists
- trolls

What an erudite response.

if you don’t like the womens game just don’t watch it.

At no point did I say that though. The attendance IS poor for a cup final and that try was a calamity.

Opinions, opinions buddy, we are allowed them.

So the attendance is great and that try wasn't a calamity.

I am as honest with the women's game as I will be with the men's, I care give a about gender of the players.
