Is it possible at Warrington to do this for the Samoa v France game, the website isn't working properly, plus we don't have a printer!

Yes you can buy seated tickets at the ground or pay cash at the turnstiles for the standing area

Get a printer. They're not expensive and print your own is the way the world is moving.

My wife is over from France staying at my parents who doesn't have a printer and it's Sunday! 

We've a posh printer here in France but defeats the object if I print the ticket here then scan it back to her

You got a library near you? I don't have a printer either so just go to the local library. Obviously different price in different council areas I imagine but round here it's 20p per page for a black and white print if I remember rightly.

Just make the pdf ticket and email receipt are on your phone. Speak to a steward at the ground, they will sort you out.

Some brilliant ideas on here. Buy a printer, go to the library - all very viable when the game is an hour and a half away. I'm certain you will get in if you show the tickets on your phone with an apologetic look on your face.
