Sunday v Newcastle

Just watched the interview with Hendo about this Sunday's game and he said Kirmo, Cunningham & Olly Butterworth are all in contention to play.

Good to see a bit of competition for places.

Thankfully hendo has realised marshy and the halfback position just doesnt work , thought josh daley did a decent job with ata last week although cunningham will probably slot in , kirmo will stiffen up the pack again , probably give clarkson a rest this week and i know were all dying to see Lurpack again but which winger would miss out.

Marshy might work as a running halfback with Ata controlling the game, stick Browny to full back, I Can't Believe It's Not Butterworth on the wing.

Cos we're a halfback short, there's a winger who needs gametime and we've 2 hookers to play.

Looks like  Bailey and Harris will be missing for a few weeks though, according to the Press.

Two weeks off!!!!!

sometimes you have to take a step backwards to move forward

Don't know about Harris but Bailey has a groin injury and doesn't know when he will be back he wasn't too happy about it and wants to get back on the field. Hendo doesn't think eitherv will be back in May apparently. it seems ,injury wise, we take two steps forward and one back this season.

To repeat my comment from when he signed last year, as an ex-member of the Army bobsleigh team, we should save him for the downhill half away at Batley 😃
