Just noticed on BBC Web site that Sunday's game kicks off at 1p.m. and NOT 3p.m.

If this is correct I am surprised there has been no comment on this forum !!

it is correct , and a bit of an early start for me

Hooley was supposed to be at Fev, did his fortnight expire? Is his a position where we need strengthening as I think Butterworth is the success of the new signings just lately. Half back bite is our let down, having said that Woods was missed when injured he hardly gets involved in an attacking personal roll. Still, it's added strength.

If we have white and hooley in the side we will score points we haven’t scored in 105 minutes of RL

First we have to see if White's fit. If not I have a feeling that Hooley will of course play fb and we might see Butterworth in the halves where he played at Wakefield. No Morton so Mitsias on the wing. Will be good to see Putt do well for us, if we can keep these guys for a few games we might see a win or 2.

Couldn't make it today, but what a win. Just when I thought when we were 12   0 down the floodgates would open the bulldogs spirit kicked in. Well done lads it's a massive win.  Some good wins for a few underdogs today too.

Simples. Bring k.o forward 2 hours and spend on 3 loannes every fixture when visitors expected in big numbers

'Shaw cross juniors, Birkenshaw, Mirfield, Heckmondwike Panthers, Stainland Stags and then the Heavy woolen donkeys... WARDY, STOZZA, GT, KARL OR KEAR MUST OF DROPPED A DIGIT FROM MY MOBILE NUMBER! :clapping:

Here we go!! Telegraph and Argus....lowly Batley, how did we mess it up etc etc, fans thinking they only had to turn up (obnoxious lot, Bulls fans, worst we get here). Our best 80 minute, 17 man game of the season, on the whole very well structured, few errors, seeing out an excessive number of set restarts in my opinion, VERY selective decision making elsewhere, off the ball penalty to them, nothing when Ben White was flattened etc etc. Well impressed with Nixon Putt, led the pack well in his 2 spells, counted 12 consecutive tackles that he was involved in, White came back full of up n go and Leaky was just Leaky. Just a little confused about moving another centre to the wing and continuing to play a winger at centre. IMO Bradford lost because we made them panic at 20-14 because they thought they had a right just to roll us over down the hill. When it hadn't happened they just lost their collective way and left it to 2 men, Rodgers and the Aussie 2nd rower to fo tge work and of course it's easier to spot and down 'em when you know there's little back up. The only downside to this result is that it leaves us exactly where we were due to other results when we might have hoped to have shifted place or 2.

9' Oller, why not, enough have done it against us when we were on top, just getting our own back. I hope they're still with us for a while.

Whose these fans that thought that I thought be a typical batley vs bulls game that could either way. Last year when we put you to the sword you had Wembley the week after so you owed us one.

I never once looked at your form and thought we’d win batley always fired up for this game. We had myers on bench he was never going be used to we went with 16 players just stupid tatics. Peposhi did hardly any minutes for us.

lawrence don’t play we just don’t seem to have structure or leadership 12-0 could gone either way but batley dug in and got back in the game lilley missed 3 drop goals and tbh a easy straight forward kick cost us the game overall. Cause of above the part batley digging in the best team on the day one.

good luck for rest season batley see you at Odsal hopefully.

Who? Those in the top stand viciously attacking the referee AND the You Bl*ck B*st*rd chants. Them, and they were exactly the same last year even though you'd clattered us....

That the same has you VICIOUSLY attacking the bulls fans shouting and swearing at them at the end of the game? Glad they had to shut the gates to let the players of I feared for my daughter having to see a mad man shout and swear end of a game you’d won 😬 Never heard any chants about colour considering we have 4 or 5 black players in are team.

just be happy you won the game

Not sure Phildog viciously attacked anyone at the end of the game.

True Grit!! Just about says it all about today's game, after a slow start and  leaking 2 sloppy tries  going 12-0 I feared the worst, but once again the boys dug in and pulled the win  out of the bag! I thought the game was a real advert for the championship! A really tough gritty game that went backwards and forward throughout the whole game, with real drama at the end making for real excitement, i thought our forwards were outstanding in defence walshaw especially as he always does Leaky made his usual outstanding contribution, nice to see white back and the 3 Cas lads made a real contribution let's hope we can keep them for a few games, a great win all round and a much needed for our boys! hopefully it will give us a lift and confidence going into next week's game! Only down side today is other results went against us and we haven't moved up the table any!
