Lounge Room Lizard
Ellery Hanley is the best I've seen but James Graham is outstanding he's worth the price of admission alone. I'd rate Graham the 3rd best player in the world just behind Thurston & Cameron Smith. Would put other props like Jesse Bromwich and Matt Scott, before James Graham. Them 2 go under the Radar a bit, because of the bigger names Smith, Cronk and Slater at Storm and JT at the Cowboys.
Trojan
nope - Kevin Ward is the best ever export Kevin Ward is the best prop I've ever seen. Bear in mind I'm a Fev fav. “Few thought him even a starter. There were many who thought themselves smarter. But he ended PM, CH and OM. An Earl and a Knight of the Garter.” Clement Attlee. Chariots23
Offiah had some good times also, though hampered by injury. Few good clips of him at St George on you tube Also another one easily forgotten is Andy Currier, they Australians called him milk bottles, he was at Balmain I think and did well
Saint Toppy
Also another one easily forgotten is Andy Currier, they Australians called him milk bottles, he was at Balmain I think and did well Wasn't it Currier who cost Balmain the GF with a silly chip over inside his own 20 that went straight into Meninga's arms which Canberra scored from to win it at the death (or was it in extra time ?) I must admit my memory is a bit hazy from that long ago so it may not have been him. Chariots23
It could have been, I remember watching clips from the old Winfield Cup videos you could get and he had a good season though
Lowdesert
Surprised to see Lee Jackson's name missing. In actual fact I am ashamed not to have mentioned Lee. Great hooker, model tackler......but only one season? Currier, Offiah, again, where short term players.
Adelaide Tiger
Its got to be Big Mal for me. But its great to watch Graham playing to such high standards week in and week out. That bloke has some motor in him. And to think when Graham announced he was leaving Saints for down under some posters on here said he wouldn't make it! damp squib
And to think when Graham announced he was leaving Saints for down under some posters on here said he wouldn't make it! That's par for the course. If he had crossed codes he would have instantly become rubbish.

Them 2 go under the Radar a bit, because of the bigger names Smith, Cronk and Slater at Storm and JT at the Cowboys. Jesse Bromwich I agree is very good but I'm not a fan of Matt Scott. The thing about James Graham is not only is he a outstanding & tough RL player but he adds theatre to the sport that has become a bit robotic and over sanitised in the modern era. Great player & Great character I'm glad I've been able to watch him play.
steef
Brian carney did well in his year over there. Voted best winger in the competition I think. Tex Evans Thigh
Graham is an excellent player and has really adapted to the NRL well. He must be up there with the best in his position in the world and has been for a while. Disagree that he has changed how props play. Firstly, not all props play like he does. Secondly, coaches change how teams play, JG is just the best/one of the best exponents of that tactic that started getting popular 8-10 years ago, i.e. one your middle players doing a split (out the back) play to start your good ball structure. Running overs with some push isn't a JG tactic either, its likely as old as the game itself, he just has the skill to be a genuine passing threat. As for best exports, Mal Reilly is still held in massive regard in Oz which speaks volumes. Graham is probably up there but not quite top. Id have him behind Burgess and Morley for a start.
