How great is it seeing all the footage of Samoans celebrating all over the world . From Samoa itself to Samoan parades in Melbourne , Sydney , Brisbane , Auckland through to places in the States . 

Who would have thought we'd see scenes like this in Portland Oregon ?

This weekend Samoan Rugby league parades are set for Los Angeles , Salt lake City , Las Vegas , San Francisco , Portland, Seattle in the States with many more to be announced . 

Great to see the World Cup final will be getting eyes on the game that may have never witnessed Rugby League before.  Eyes that wouldn't have even seen the sport if it was to be an England vs Australia final 

Let's wait for Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson to post something and take this movement next level.

That's great to see. The WC final is going to have a big profile around the world by the looks of it. Samoa vs Tonga would be great in some of those cities on the back of the WC

Wouldn't be surprised if a Samoa vs Tonga clash gets taken to the states. Salt Lake City possible destination. Full of Pacific islanders.

They would tbf, football is our equivalent sport and expats everywhere would go nuts if England won the World Cup or Euros.

NRL would be nearer!!

A league in Hawaii might be feasible. Polynesian ancestry so they should be suited to the game. The USA so money shouldn't be much of a problem. The players would be eligible for the USA national team or even a stand alone Hawaii team - rather like England and the UK. Could stimulate growth in the rest of America too.

I'd rather they played in Tonga and Samoa.

But if the money is there for a US game and Utah comes calling ... this would be a perfect fit ground https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/America_First_Field.
