Last season was bad but today they have gone to far need banning disgraceful behaviour from a sizeable portion of their suppport feel sorry for the genuine fans. I know we will hear replies saying Barrow did this etc but a lot of their fans are obnoxious and Barrow have never had scenes like that before today.

Was always going to happen sometime at Barrow given their business plan is to get people in the ground early and sell them as much ale as possible. Only a matter of time before some went too far.

I’m not prejudiced, I hate everybody equally

We take a really good following to Barrow and a good few like a drink before and during the game and I've never seen any trouble, cracking away day Barrow.

Were you there today?

No i  was at Batley  supporting Fev, but going in July to Barrow. Real shame about that today, NO club wants that.

What’s ‘that’ though?

And on a completely different subject, as Batley never announce attendances any more, how many do you think were there? Thanks 👍

At a guess 2500 - 3000, loads from Fev and Batley had plenty as expected swith £10 admission and free for Children.

Thankfully I was sat in the mainstand with my son so only witnessed the disgusting behaviour from a distance, but yesterday was a terrible day for rugby league.
It's great to have a good turn out of vocal away fans at Craven Park, it adds to the atmosphere, but the scenes midway through the 2nd half were absolutely appalling. I'm sure there was the odd Barrow fan involved in the mass brawl which I don't condone, but it appears the real trouble was started by the Haven fans as the video clips on Facebook clearly show.I hope the individuals are punished appropriately as I never want to see this happen again.

You can clearly see the barrow fans being just as bad. It was the case of a small minority from both clubs causing trouble. Started as a laugh but then turned sour with pint throwing and then worse... again from both sets of " fans ". Shame that this is the main storyline despite a fantastic win for Haven

Whilst some Barrow fans were undoubtedly involved talking to a couple of workmates who were in attendance the trouble was instigated by drunken Haven fans & escalated not helped by a shortage of stewards.

Let’s hope these morons who have shamed the club are identified & given lifetime bans, there really is no place for this behaviour in our game.

Yesterday was a very good win for Haven and was thoroughly deserved overall because they were the better of 2 poor sides on the day. Apart from the Fax win Barrow have been very disappointing this season and are a shadow of the team who performed so brilliantly last season, we look devoid of ideas and are so predictable in attack, things need to change quickly or before we know it we will be back in League 1.

Are crowds / interest holding up, despite the team’s poor form?

3100 yesterday but crowds have dropped off a bit 1800 for the fax game. We always have floating supporters who go from football to rugby depending on which clubs doing the more winning. Quite simple if they think we going to get beat they don’t turn up. Still plenty of young families going just hope the yobs from up the coast haven’t put them off.

Sad to read about the crowd trouble. With what happened in Hull as well,we don't need it. We always say ours is a family friendly sport but these instances go against that.

Amongst other things, some of the KR away support in the upper tier launched bottles and cups into the lower tier full of FC fans... There was also visible scrapping in the stand facing the TV amongst FC fans.

Not good is it. It's seems to be happening more often, why can't folk just go and watch the game? If you lose, that's sport, end of! The game doesn't need this.

Definitely not, it’s what sets rugby league aside from the toxic nonsense of football crowds.
