Queensland with some outstanding defence in that first 40.

Why are NSW playing in an all dark blue kit instead of their traditional & iconic light blue jerseys ??

They've found a way to flog a few more jerseys as they're technically 'away', in a fixture that will never have a need for an alternate jersey!

NRL obviously not signed up to attacks to the head being illegal based on Addo Carrs attack on Walsh and Kleins totally ignoring it

Was that the one where the Queensland player was on the deck and the NSW player lined up and smashed him in the head with a forearm?

Thought that was disgusting but barely got a mention

Ah was wondering why they weren't in their usual colour. Has been annoying me!

Decent first half - NSW should be leading considering all the pressure they had in the second part of the half. As a side note, Darren Lockyer interviewing Ben Hunt was the best advert for Strepsils I've ever seen

Or the best advert for letting players get into the sheds at half time without bothering them with stupid questions!

What did we learn from Hunt apart from the 'boys done good' and 'tough game'

Yeah,a bit sad really, they’ve messed about with traditional light blue shirt in recent years adding a vee, just wish they would follow the Maroons & stick to the classy traditional shirt.

Awful defence from Luai & Tedesco allows Cobbo to put the Maroons back in front.

Only 46k in attendance will be a worry.

A worry to who? A 48k attendance in Adelaide is outstanding.

I can assure you, they won’t be worried by a record crowd in a state in which rugby league barely exists.

Great win for Queensland against a NSW team who dominated possession & field position but were let down by several poor defensive efforts & the no show of quite a few of their “stars”

They’d have been hell on if they’d lost due to that ridiculous sin binning

I dunno, I thought it was high to be honest, a shoulder to the face. Commentator kept saying it was a head clash, clearly wasn't that though
