I just hope that the new Souths coach, whoever it is, also thinks Dodd is a good signing for the club.

Phil Adamson can tell you what can happen when you're signed by a coach who's gone before you turn up for your first day at work and the new guy doesn't rate you.

I can gurrantee you Demitrou had nothing to with the signing. He was long gone a month ago. Dodd has been signed as there starting halfback for the foreseeable future. Ilias has already been offered to other clubs.

Mikey Lewis to the Roosters to partner Sam Walker is actually a good shout with the circa $4m of salary leaving this year!

I doubt he would leave though he seems pretty loyal to KR. Also I’m sure Saints and Penrith would be interested big time aswell with them losing their starting halves next year.
