I've been quite clear that I don't think it was an outlandish prediction. That's not the same as me making that prediction.

Personally I don't tend to go with predictions, i don't think it's easy, and they are generally forgotten about a few weeks later, so not even fun. But if I was, I doubt I'd have gone for Saints at 6th and Catalans missing out on the playoffs. I wouldn't  have predicted Wire in 3rd either. Its sport, a hell of a lot happens in a season.

In reality, I don't think there is much between 4th and 8th, a bit of luck here and there and those positions change a fair bit.

To be fair, re predictions being forgotten about in a few weeks.

I suppose if it is something you want to remember you will, I actually watched that first game of the season when Mr Carney posed the question to the co presenters and to a man Wilkin, Samkins, Amor - and one women, some aussie dont know her name - they all had Leigh outside the top six, I wanted to remember it, so I made a note in my diary to bring it up should they finish in the 6, but that bhugger in the Leopard print jacket beat me to it, I was on my way home from the game when he did his presentation to Jenna, which watching it back she took it in good heart which it was meant to be.

I think we all know that if Mr B had something spiteful to say, he wouldn't hold back, as they say Leopards can't change their spots.

No charge for Leutele, MRP notes saying secondary contact, low force.

Three different views of the incident from on field officials, video ref and now MRP. Do we need all three layers of officiating? Or could we get rid of the video ref for anything other than tries?

Why was Welsby giving the impression he was unconscious from the original hit ?  Should be sighted for that !

The only contact to the head was when Leutele finished the tackle with his opposite arm.

Fair play to the MRP but questions need to be asked to why.

I guarantee Ricky would have been banned should Leigh have lost, to justify the decision.

You made a note in your diary Harry?

You're not doing this "old-fashioned" thing you keep bringing up disservice 😉

That's just conspiracy nonsense.

Not a clue what that means?

As for my diary, it is the one on my phone and tablet if that helps.

Leutele decision quite right. As I posted earlier, there was absolutely nothing in the tackle to warrant a yellow card. Just sums up what a poor refereeing performance that was.

Apart from contact with his head you mean?

Not all contact with the head is a card. MRP deemed it secondary contact and low force. Which if the video ref had also said it was low force, then it would've been a penalty only.
