Read the release first before making assumptions you’ll look less silly.

The only official statement on awarded grades come when they are formally announced. If Leigh are awarded a grade A at that point, they will have deserved it, and well done to the club.

However, marking your own homework does not count.  It's Beaumont and whoever ghost-wrote this for him childishly  challenging the RFL.

This sort of rabble-rousing stuff might go down well with some Leigh disciples and yes, it's getting the club talked about, but not for the right reasons

Television gold if you need stories about him to generate clicks for your website.

It’s working according to submitted data.

If they aren't awarded an A, the usual suspects will say how the system is "bent" etc.

Tell me you haven’t read the release without telling me you haven’t read the release.

He definitely said something after he mentioned mitigation, but it was kind of mumbled. Don't have the ability to rewind on the platform im watching.

Immediately that tackle was made from the view from were I was stood, as soon as Welsby stayed down I looked at the ref who was stood in position to allow the game to proceed, I immediately said to those around me that Welsby is milking this for all it's worth the VR will get involved and Leutele will be off for 10, it is so predictable.

There was a big discussion on here that I did the opening post that so many players are cheating these days, others disagree, but I will not be swayed from that opinion and it is backed up by prominent players and coaches alike, and officials are falling for it, I have seen it so many times this season live and on TV and to tell the truth I am getting somewhat piffed off with the all the gamesmanship that is going on, the present game on this aspect is so far removed than what I have been involved in and part off for more years than I care to remember.

Ipape is terrific and the Leigh pack have all been great but I think Mulhern goes well under the radar. Non stop hard running in attack and defence.

Not to the Leigh Fan's he doesn't Bennet, and he didn't to Mr Wane in the series v Tonga when he got selected, and he has never let that form waver.

The waiting around for replays is pretty off-putting.

If it's a bad one that needs to be On Report or Sent Off, fair enough.

Otherwise, give the ball to another player for the PtB and crack on. The delays mean that players are getting into a habit of not playing on and of hoping that the VR will find something.

I found it a shame that it didn't work out at Wire for Mulhern. I liked him a lot, I'm still astounded that Powell got it so wrong!

I believe it was reported at the time Warrington did want to keep him and offered a deal but didn’t match Leigh’s

Yes, what we want is for all owners of SL clubs to hand "humble pie" to the Sky broadcasting team.

Obviously not seen whatever it was that Mr B did being st the game, but if you remember the first game of the season when the commentary team was together, Brian Carney asked them all which team that finished in the top 6 last season would not be in there this season to a man and the Aussie lass whoever she was said Leigh would finish outside the top 6, after 9 rounds and one win for Leigh when asked again they were all looking smug in that they had called it correct, that must be the 'humble pie' you refer to, and knowing Derek it was his way of saying 'do you know what you are talking about'

I already mentioned in another post the reasons why Derek did it - He said it as he handed the "humble" pie over to the lady (whose name I forget) and she looked confused.

I don't think Leigh making sure they get into the playoffs in the last 10 minutes of the final game of the regular game means people need to eat humble pie. You would have thought Leigh secured their place in the playoffs weeks ago if that was the case.

My coulrophobia prevents me from commenting on Leigh's owner.

Why is that John when you have accused him of many things in the past, the evidence is on these pages.

Well deserved and brutal game.

That was some defensive effort from both sides.

Leutele was awesome. Why on earth are we releasing him 😢

Every Leigh fan agrees with this. Best centre in Superleague for last month.

The best leaders don't make it about themselves though.  He always does.

I accept he has done a lot for Leigh but I just don't like his style... his leadership style, the way he dresses, his tacky car... ah well, each to their own I guess.

Nah he is different, perhaps you prefer the 1950's boardroom chain smoking, waistcoat wearing, pedantic types  Dunny, I have been accused of being old fashioned on these pages because I can't get my head around all this 'modern' hard of thinking din some like to describe as music that we have at our show piece events, as you say each to their own.

Who was the humble pie even for? And why? The fact that he even had it ready to run onto the pitch with just speak volumes about that immature clown.

Did you not see Wilkin and Briers at the end of the Wigan game saying Saints will win just because they had all their top players back. They only scored 12 points because we were down to 12 men:

Sorry but I’m not coming on here and having a fantastic night ruined by discussing the rights and wrongs of that mon. There aren’t enough hours in the day.

Wasn't the only thing that Powell got wrong in his tenure at Wire, wonder how long it will be before Matt Ellis finds him out.

Yes I saw your other post as I worked through the thread Click, but I was reading them chronologically.

Nah we were dead and buried after 10 games, the way it has been turned around is time to have a did back, albeit friendly fire.
