I was stoode next to Sophie Anderton in Waitrose in Sunningdale last week, I didn't have a clue I was until the checkout girls started talking about it after she'd gone. I didn't even see her.

The last government were convinced that we were there to do their bidding. They wasted vast quantities of our money in order to spy on us, intimidate us and needlessly over regulate us, whilst gold plating their own pensions and expenses. Their behind the scenes encouragement of, and turning a blind eye to, the kettling and harrassment tactics of the Police are a shameful episode in our history which we need to remember and address urgently.

Apparently when BBC America showed 'The Thick Of It', they had to use the bleep machine. It must have sounded like a cocaine freak sending Morse code.

"Perhaps it would be better that future criticism of sports be made on the narrow basis of what is being discussed, without reference to other sports, unless those sports offer a solution to the problem in hand." - Brian 'Pigface' Moore

Aled Jones was a guest on Daybreak this week. It was apparent that, for some reason, there was a bit of spikiness between him and the presenters ... Dan Lobb and Kate Garraway.

Today, it's been announced that Aled Jones is going to be one of the new main presenters on Daybreak.

Went out for a bike ride early this morning. Had a great time apart from one little incident. I was riding at about 30mph on an empty A road when a car pulling out of a side road looked at me (in making eye contact) and pulled out right in front of me forcing me to slam on the brakes. I shook my head at him and thought nothing more of it. Caught up with him at the next junction and for 200 yards he was shouting obscenities at me whilst driving along side me.

For some reason I can't stop thinking about this little incident. Some people are just utter ###### holes.

Worked a night shift last night, and all I had to do was attend a "Cardiac Arrest", that turned out to be a hypo-glycaemic attack, and Resus for a bloke who got pushed through a pub window (With no witness's!), and did nothing because he didn't need anything doing to him apart from stapling his head lacerations up (Done by A&E SHO).

Today (Mon) I am on a strange shift, 1300-1800, which is fine because i) it gives me a lie-in and ii) I can watch Penrith v St George Illawarra on Premier Sports, after 60 it's 12-0
