I'd call that an even contest for the ball. Tough on Warrington.

Nah, Ben Currie mugged him before the Cats player had any sort of chance to get the ball.

What is McDermott on about. It was either a penalty try or a penalty and 10 in the bin for Currie.

Yes, what controversy?

The penalty try seems like a pretty straightforward decision. Currie knocks Keighran down before touching the ball. Keighran is almost certainly getting to that if not pushed by Currie. No idea why Barrie McDermott was so unhappy with it.

Barry Mac is an idiot, you cannot just do anything you want to get to the ball, the only legal contact would be two players running side by side are allowed to barge shoulders. You cannot run into the back of a player and knock him over.

This is such a good game to watch, being a Hull fan it's like watching a different sport.

Actually, it probably is.

He seems to be showing himself to be very anti-Catalan in his commentry.

Think Catalans have just about had the edge, but Warrington probably looking more dangerous with the ball. Good game 🙂

Yup, we need a Tom Johnstone special to set the second half up...

With decisions like that disallowed try, I’ve just no idea why Catalans occasionally hint that maybe they don’t get the run of the green in decisions by the northern English officials!

I thought it was a pretty clear decision.  Johnstone got his hands to the ball first, it went forward and hit the Warrington man.  Obvious knock on.
