Doing his best to undo Connor's excellent pass selection.

Giants all the way for me; saints are as dull as ditchwater on attack. If the Giants get on top, saints will revert to the usual tactics 🙄

Ditchwater is starting to look very appealing.

If Huddersfield score first in second half expect Saints petulance and bird impersonations to become a tactic.

The kids' game is threatening to overwhelm the half time analysis! :kolobok_biggrin:

Disappointed with him this evening. He was a very consistent performer at Wigan, but this is poor.

Hudds look like a well-coached, strong team who are full of belief and pulling in the same direction.

Saints only score was from a well-plucked intercept that easily could have gone to Swift.

If Marsters was in for Bibby, I'd be backing Hudds to score more than enough to seal this one. Bibby simply doesn't have the range of passing to play centre at the top level in a top team.

Saints look rudderless and lacking cohesiveness.

First 10 minutes crucial for Saints here, not just in this match but for the next few weeks. If Huddersfield score then I struggle to see anything in Saints attack that sees us turning this performance around.
Blake needs dropping for Ritson.
Happy to be proved wrong of course 🫣

Wallis taken out in mid-air? Looked like it to me, but only just.

Connor tried milking a penalty and it backfired

There actually was some nonsense from the St Helens players, but Connor didn't sell it well enough.

Not a fan of Connor, but I think the ref treated him poorly there in his battle with Clark.

He seemed to try and keep Clark entangled and play the ball and blew it.
