ABK Beer sponsorship

Recommended Posts

Only drink non-alcoholic beer these days, so not up to speed with these things.

How is the deal going? I see the name on the pitch-side adverts but do they feature the sport in their general marketing?

Random ideas: What would it take to get them to produce or label or promote a Grand Final beer sold across all ABK's outlets?

I’ve yet to see it on general sale John despite shopping at several supermarkets in the last month or so. I’d happily buy it if it was an acceptable price, bearing in mind I am a Yorkshireman.

ABK produce a Lager for M&S and nice it is.

As I said above I’m a Yorkshireman. Do you think I shop at Marks’s (deliberate extra s like in Boyes’s 😉)

From what I've seen, it is available from a lot of online retailers, but doesn't have a presence on British supermarket shelves, other than the made for M&S lager mentioned earlier.

This is a shame, as I have tried a few of ABK's range and enjoyed them a lot. If some of their range were stocked by shops near me, I'd be a regular buyer of them.

Can’t find it anywhere here.

Next time you're in Hull we'll go on Prinny Ave and I'll let you buy me a pint 😉

M&S started in Leeds.

ABK Beer has very small distribution and doesn't have any major links with the big brewers. And although it is available on draught they don't install any equipment so it is down to outlets to buy it themselves. Also no technical service support for leaks etc. You have more chance of finding in in bottles.

It's on tap in a couple of places in Keighley, so can't be that high end!

So free then? And with expectation of money back on the bottle I suppose.
