lingaro Posted November 4, 2021 Posted November 4, 2021 no idea. Do you need badges to be a coach. I have a bronze, does that count? he could borrow it.

spanishknight Posted November 4, 2021 Posted November 4, 2021 I've got my swimming badge for the 10 metres if that's any good.

Not sure who he's had as assistant in his previous jobs. Chris Plume has worked as his assistant at both Leeds and Toronto

The Phantom Horseman Posted November 6, 2021 Posted November 6, 2021 I think it's Indefinite Leave to Remain that he applied for rather than just a Visa extension. As an aside, I think it's highly plausible that, for instance, an expectation of announcing a particular signing on a given night could have been delayed pending the results of the "Life in the UK" test which has to be passed before ILR is granted. "I won’t engage in a debate because the above is correct and if anything else is stated to the contrary it’s incorrect."

I can understand why and applaud the club the club are waiting for LSJ to get his future sorted out but my point was an ILR has nothing to do with getting a visa to play rugby but the original tweet implied by saying 3rd time of asking,if he failed we wouldn't

Considerably easier if one isn't needed.

Adam B Posted November 9, 2021 Posted November 9, 2021 Hopefully the JSL signing happens; I'd be delighted to see him join us as he's the kind of player that can and will improve us in various ways. We clearly need to bring some fresh size and energy into the pack (one of the reasons we struggled against an eminently beatable Toulouse), and presumably Coach Terry will have identified this too and will be taking steps to strengthen as required. Two monster props who can do big minutes would of course be perfect, but easier said than done......

Well he "liked" the club's Instagram post promoting season tickets today, which I just thought was a commendable display of community spirit by someone who has played for C*s for the last few years... Yes and no A I think we got lads with good energy good feet and good ball skills in the pack but at the moment only have koppy and coops who just like to drive the ball in so definitely need some more grunt up front
The Phantom Horseman Posted November 9, 2021 Posted November 9, 2021 Club's social media saying if they get to 100 membership sales by 6pm they'll announce a "big resigning for 2022". Locky the short-priced fav you'd think. "I won’t engage in a debate because the above is correct and if anything else is stated to the contrary it’s incorrect."

Locky is the only sizeable name not re-signed and being the captain and longest server he would call as a big re signing still hoping for a couple of big front rowers and hopefully a specialist centre to come on and could do with a rangey back rower like Halton was last year

haskey Posted November 9, 2021 Posted November 9, 2021 On about season tickets . I wonder if the club is anticipating some extra fines next season and so the season ticket holders are in the firing line, as the price has rocketed With the £80 on top for premier it is a fait whack. I wonder if you will be able to pay match for match re Fev in Cumbria perhaps.on premier.

Rocketed really yes the cost has increased but remember H we get two extra home games this year 13 as opposed to 11 last year
Monkeymagic22 Posted November 9, 2021 Posted November 9, 2021 Great clubman is Locky, but towards the end of his career, and doesn't offer too much in attack these days. We'll need better to challenge the better teams.
