I have heard Alex walker may not be staying on with Fax, I would certainly have him back.

Any news on Dan Hindmarsh? I would like to see him stay on with the broncos.

Kieran Dixon on trial with Leigh - Would he come back to London for PT pay-check? He would instantly be in the starting 13.

Are all these players now part-time, or is it a hybrid squad?

In some ways it's good too see only a couple of Skolars players on the list. I had expected Coleman to raid his former club liberally given the move to part time, but they've largely been left intact. Somehow Broncos have got the funds for slightly more quality.

I think there are about 4 other 2021 Skolars missing from that list.

That list has 6 where it says they've come from Skolars, hardly a couple!

It's been updated since I posted, so now tells a much less happy story.

Fair enough, was posting on what I saw and didn't realise list had been updated.

Not good news for Skolars and makes you wonder where he'll get players from for 2023?

Yes I should have stated that this would be updated.

Palumbo moved from West Wales to Skolars two years ago- didn't think he'd moved back there. Yet another ex-Skolar is Rob Tuliatu

Thanks PhilCarrington - have you seen him play/know much about him?  I have seen a few highlights, he looks quick.

Two players who I think will be ones to watch are Will Ramsey and Dec O'Donnell

Palumbo’a a decent player. I’ve watched him a few times at WWR… he was too good for that team at the time, he struggles to make yardage on his edge but is technically and defensively very good.

PS Ulberg is one to watch. An excellent winger! Watched him play for the Cook Islands - fit as a fiddle and very powerful.

A current League One coach I know reckons Skolars will be really weak and thinks they may be the worst placed side that we currently know about (Cornwall are still an unknown).

I wouldn't be surprised to see Skolars rock bottom. They still only have half a squad and WWR seem to be improving every season, albeit very slowly.

What news on Egodu, Walters and Hindmarsh ?

I don't think they have been offered a new contract. Egodo looked unfit/slow last season, Walters I would have kept but he may have hoped to get a full-time gig elsewhere. As for Hindmarsh, I would have expected him to stay on for 2022

Fijian international Sitiveni Moceidreke recently signed.

Played five-eighth at international level for Fiji multiple times and made his NRL debut on the wing for the Rabbitohs a few seasons ago.

Has been playing in the NSW Cup competition with the Dragons in 2021.

Good signing.

Watched some highlights of him playing in the middle, does seem pretty dangerous with ball in hand, which is what coach Coleman said in statement.Looks like he can play a number of positions.Interested to see how he goes,he has some good wraps on him.

Ulberg will be a stand out, highly underrated signing.

Going to have a pretty good backline I feel .

Seems an astute signing.

I think Broncos will be OK this year. But then I’m not of those who engage in competitive doom-mongering, each trying to outdo the other 😉

That's why I steer clear of RLFans, too much doom and gloom for me!
