A really terrific game where neither team deserved to lose.

Well done to both Wire and Les Cats for showing me what RL is all about.

Does it make a difference if the offside runner didn't compete for the ball first?

The offside runner just can't encroach into the 10.  Even if he isn't playing any part in the play.  And only the kicker can run an off-side player on-side.

It was a correct decision - and to be honest it was very poor from the Catalans player to carry on his run and get inside the 10.  It was a player completely uninvolved in the play that I think was called offside (well, he was offside even if someone else was called offside).

What a fantastic, entertaining game of RL in front of a big crowd & great atmosphere, such a shame the VR was inept & ultimately decided the result.

Typical comment who didn't get the result (Warrington lose). VR gives a penalty try hes brilliant, he stops a try for at least 2 players offside and within the 10 and hes garbage. What utter rubbish.

Not like you Padge to bag Warrington fans, you even tried to disguise it with an emoji.

On the VR decisions.  The only one I though he got wrong was the Catalans no try where he reached for the line.  But again that was a tough decision to make.

One very tight 50/50 call going against Catalans is not being hard done to.

No I think three try’s were 50/50s the Johnstone one the one you’re on about and the one at the end. Part of the problem is I don’t think they showed how they were sent up by the ref on any of them. If they were all sent up as no try’s then I’d admit there probably wasn’t enough evidence to change the decision.
