Great afternoon for the Valks and should have been a lot more with the amount of time spent in the Wigan 25 in the second half and playing against Leeds should attract a big crowd to the game.

The club are riding high now after a fantastic few months for both the men and women. It’s now over to the back room/marketing team to do the business and get the fans in for the grand final.
 

There’s no reason why they shouldn’t be aiming to beat the Knights club record of 4221 vs Bradford back in 2018. Set it up as a challenge, see if the Skylights are available again (unlikely I know), offer £10 off a 2024 season ticket if you buy a grand final ticket etc. 

We have a fantastic opportunity as a club to get a great crowd in, live on Sky, and (hopefully) pick up some more silverware.

The final is confirmed for October 8th. Let us hope that if the Knights should win their play off fixture next week, they won't have to play their semi final on the same day as happened last season.

Men's semi finals are 7th and 8th October and the Final is the 15th.

Yes , been told east stand has sold out so that's 3700 already , if the south fills up we will pass 5000, amazing ,the ladies game has massive power

Looking good. Absolutely fantastic how Women's RL has taken off in the last couple of years or so. Sunday promises to be a great spectacle and a brilliant advertisement for the game. Up the mighty York Valkyrie.

A wonderful achievement. Undisputedly the best team in the country. There should be a civic reception. No York team has ever achieved anything like this before.

Three well taken tries, but the goal line defence was outstanding  and that probably won them the game. You would think that as Grand Final winners, the Valkyrie will make a clean sweep of the end of season awards.
