RawlinsonRaider Posted September 13, 2024 Posted September 13, 2024 The RFL are corrupt for allowing it. Disgraceful but won't change anything and even if it did Barrow should take legal advice. 3 2

HP Beans Posted September 14, 2024 Posted September 14, 2024 Are we organising a whip round at HT for the Haven cause? 1

2Cents Posted September 14, 2024 Posted September 14, 2024 70% chance of heavy rain forecast for Sunday. Not sure which team that favours, but whomever makes the least handling errors and has the fewest penalties will likely win.
tec Posted September 14, 2024 Posted September 14, 2024 (edited) Played the Covid card didnt think that was still an option. I smell a rat here no way did Haven think of that. Never be proven but I think the RFL have given them a nudge to ask the question and its been granted. Is RL the only sport that still has Covid protocols in place? Edited September 14, 2024 by tec 1

dkw Posted September 15, 2024 Posted September 15, 2024 Good win for you today, glad havens cheating didn't help then. Only worry for barra is they might lose a load of players to covid, what with it being rife in havens squad..... 1 12 1

You could see their heads completely go towards the end of the game. They play Batley next week who needs a win to avoid the relegation play off. I can't see Haven beating them. Our best bet is rest for Wakefield and beat Widnes at home last game. I can't see Swinton beating Doncaster and Bradford to stay ahead of us. 1
2Cents Posted September 15, 2024 Posted September 15, 2024 Solid, all-round performance, offence and defence. Not surprisingly it was a heated game. Bulman made lots of penetrating runs, Cresswell caught every high ball and Shaw converted every conversion - 3 dependable players. Good crowd 2301. Who won MOM? 1
Raider91 Posted September 15, 2024 Posted September 15, 2024 Was all about the result today nothing else. Well done to the lads, you'd like to think that guarantees us at least 3rd from bottom. The game changed when Walker and Pye came on, gave us punch through the middle and sured us up in defence. Both half backs were able to play off the platform they laid. Up the raiders. 2
SJD Posted September 15, 2024 Posted September 15, 2024 MOM was Broady who tackled like a demon in the 2nd half, personally I'd have chosen Cressy who was outstanding all afternoon. 2
