Who are the comms on The Sportsman?

I recognise the voice of the co-comm, but can't place him.

I think they are better than most, and much better than the Beeb!

The whole coverage is better than the Beeb or Sky.

Amazing hot potato after the Williams break. Hand kept off the ground by Cox to promote the ball and Vaughan goes in on the right edge. Great try!

20-18 to Swinton with 15 to go.

Yeah, it's more measured and not as showy.

I appreciate a thoughtful commentator. I think too many of the Sky and BBC commentators shout and lay it on too thick.

Viewers figure just reached 7000.

I bet no one is switching off either. Great advert for the Championship and League one. Ref doing well too. Compared to the boring rubbish Finland and particularly England football served up earlier this is outstanding commitment, skill snd entertainment.

Wow, wide ball from Beharrel to Render, who steps out of the tackle and grounds it right in the left corner.

Swinton have allowed Hunslet to get too much repeat possession in the last 10 minutes.

Third tier coverage for a third tier game. The TV version of local radio.

Exciting though, and close game. Hunslet win, and deservedly so.

What a sensational game that was, brilliant entertainment.

I can confirm 30+ less sales for Scotland vs Italy at Workington, after this afternoons test purchase for the Tonga match, £7.50 is extremely reasonable, however a £2.50 'delivery' fee for a walk in purchase is beyond taking the mickey, good luck with that, it's cheaper on the telly.

I didn't think Hunslet would get past Rochdale nor Keighley so I wouldn't bet against them this time.

Should have bet on them then

One way traffic so far this. Speed, strength, energy, all Swinton.
Which probably means that Hunslet are about to score. Seriously, big gap in class so far.

Never call it too early 😂

Amazing scenes with Hunslet players with scarves aloft on top of the dug-out in celebration with the fans.

You have to feel for Swinton, but an amazing effort by Hunslet.

The most exciting game of the weekend.

Cheers to The Sportsman for the classy and enjoyable coverage, and to both sets of players for an amazing game.

The lead comm is the best RL commentator I have heard in quite a while. Sky and the Beeb should tell their callers to have a listen to him.
