Bedford Roughyed
154.0Kgs The achilles is still an issue. Walked to Sainsbury's (0.5 miles one way) on Sunday, and it flared up badly, so much so that I limped home. It was tight and then became really sore and It was sore the next day. Did the same walk yesterday, but slowed down when I felt it getting tight, walked fine (but slower) and its fine today. Lesson is let it warm up and stretch. 3 With the best, thats a good bit of PR, though I would say the Bedford team, theres, like, you know, 13 blokes who can get together at the weekend to have a game together, which doesnt point to expansion of the game. Point, yeah go on!
MattSantos
Some bench, chins and push presses. Finisher was 5 rounds of cossack squats, jumping and press ups. Tomorrow might be gym then a game of cricket. 1 Running the Rob Burrow marathon to raise money for the My Name'5 Doddie foundation: https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/ben-dyas

MattSantos
Its sciatica. Very very painful at times and ive had a numb leg for 48 hours now. I cant even walk a full length of my pool without gasping. As always, i get into a good routine and something comes along. A weekend on the couch doing nothing with a bleak week ahead. Utterly depressed. 2 1 Running the Rob Burrow marathon to raise money for the My Name'5 Doddie foundation: https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/ben-dyas
tim2
73.6kg yesterday (11kg lost) and today is Half Marathon Day. It's snowing outside. Effing marvellous. 2 "I am the avenging angel; I come with wings unfurled, I come with claws extended from halfway round the world. I am the God Almighty, I am the howling wind. I care not for your family; I care not for your kin. I come in search of terror, though terror is my own; I come in search of vengeance for crimes and crimes unknown. I care not for your children, I care not for your wives, I care not for your country, I care not for your lives." - (c) Jim Boyes - "The Avenging Angel"

Utterly depressed. I know what you’re going through and it’s really tough on your mental state. Try to keep mobile even in more modest but more often ways as it’s a lot harder to get moving again after being stopped for a while. tim2
Finished the half marathon just under 1 hour 58. Not my quickest, but not my slowest either. I'll take that. 4 "I am the avenging angel; I come with wings unfurled, I come with claws extended from halfway round the world. I am the God Almighty, I am the howling wind. gingerjon
Greetings from foreign where it is sunny and everyone apart from me looks devestatingly healthy in swimwear. 20 mins treadmill yesterday. Off again in a mo. And then the free bar for nutritional supplements. 1 Build a man a fire, and he'll be warm for a day. Set a man on fire, and he'll be warm for the rest of his life. CanaBull
213lbs, up another couple on last week. On top of the cold that just won’t go, pain has been extremely bad as well.
