Bleep1673
I'm glad I stocked up on loo paper, I've just started drinking Ginger & Lemon tea. I'm suffering from one of the side effects/advantages of a good clean out.

Week 5, day 3: 20-20-24-24-20-20-22-57 Last week, my final set was 55, which was after a few days rest. I am really pleased with that and slightly surprised. 2 "You clearly have never met Bob8 then, he's like a veritable Bryan Ferry of RL." - Johnoco 19 Jul 2014

Damien
1hr cardio done (30 mins cross trainer and 30 mins exercise bike). Then 1:22 Sally push ups and 1:46 Sally leg raises. Felt very tired today again though, maybe the bottle of wine last night again though!
Bob8
Half an hour on the boxing bag today. Feeling pretty good. No alcohol on Satuday helps. 1 "You clearly have never met Bob8 then, he's like a veritable Bryan Ferry of RL." - Johnoco 19 Jul 2014

This week is my first one when the sets go up to 8 and the gap drops be interesting to see how that changes things.
Bedford Roughyed
End of week 2 exhaustion test = 22 3 With the best, thats a good bit of PR, though I would say the Bedford team, theres, like, you know, 13 blokes who can get together at the weekend to have a game together, which doesnt point to expansion of the game. Point, yeah go on!

CanaBull
Pushups week 6 day 1: 40, 50, 25, 25, 50+ (52 actual) that was with 15 minutes between and 4th and 5th sets. Hardest yet, not eating well at the weekend really caught up, not eating well as in not eating enough than the opposite.
bobbruce
Push ups week 5 day 1 36,40,30,24 and 48 not sure if that drops through general tiredness or due the higher sets in this group.

tim2
81.5kg - lockdown fat is piling up. I have to cut back next week once the "good stuff" has run out (chocolate, bacon, cheese, cake). I did run 5 miles last night though without entirely dying, so that's a bonus. 1 "I am the avenging angel; I come with wings unfurled, I come with claws extended from halfway round the world. Damien
Weights done and I felt much better after a day off yesterday and no alcohol last night! Followed by planks and Sally's with 1:16 on the push ups and 1:22 on the leg raises which is pretty good after weights.
Bob8
Exhausion test, 61 push ups. Now on to Week 6, having only just scrapped into the hardest column. I suspect Week 6 will take a few weeks. 2 "You clearly have never met Bob8 then, he's like a veritable Bryan Ferry of RL." - Johnoco 19 Jul 2014
