The only disappointment is that it is only one game. After the huge success of the Wheelchair World Cup this really should be a 3 match series.

Agree. So much momentum lost with wheelchair RL since the World Cup.

I hope for this game they put down a proper pitch like in the WC and its not just the normal sports hall floor.

It’s at the First Direct Arena so I guess so

I’ve yet to be disappointed in the action when England collide with France in wheelchair rugby league.

Catalans got revenge against Leeds Rhinos pretty dominantly 66-20 in the recent Wheelchair Challenge Cup final to enable Dragons captain Seb Bechara to lift the trophy.

But the proud Nottingham born man always seems to put in a big performance in the England shirt against France and this is ‘the’ rivalry in international terms.

This is one not to miss.

Bargain. You can't do much these days for that price.

I was surprised and would have paid more. Cheap price means I’ll take bro in law and his kids as well. They really enjoyed the World Cup final on TV. Me & the wife attended that one. Can’t remember how much those tickets were

The Copper box had to be a better choice for this game. If we're not going to capitalise on the crowds in London for the men's game then we should definitely build on the crowds from the WC last year.

Wasn’t the biggest wheelchair crowd in Manchester for the final?

It’s brilliant that there will a big rematch in an arena - but yeah there really should have been a game in London too (we never learn).

What were the crowds at the Copper Box ?

(All were double headers)

Round 1: 3033

Round 2: 3268

Round 3: 3847

Just to put that into perspective, Fiji vs Italy got 3675 in the men's tournament at Kingston Park.

Also in terms of Yorkshire, the WC semis (double header) got 1318.

The Yorkshire ones were at Sheffield, I’m sure the capacity was only 1500

I think this one will be well attended

Real issue isn’t where the wheelchair game is, it’s that we’ve got a men’s game at Huddersfield with a third of the ground closed currently 🤦🏼‍♂️

Which third is closed?

What's the obsession with complaining that EVERY match isn't in London?

Wait 'til you hear the complaints if a match actually IS in London.

See also, tickets are too cheap/expensive/moderately-priced.
