Farcical.

Some of our players who have performed well this season again being deprived of playing. Sitting on the sidelines or just being moved on.

Now players from the same club and teammates playing against each other.

The Championship is just match practice and experience building for SL players.

Won't stop me watching but it will some I'm sure. DR and loan's have ripped the heart and soul out of the Championship imo.

It's a bewildering state of affairs.

Toby Warren will be the 41st player we've used this season. Our own squad is currently 22 players.

Injuries haven't helped, but bad discipline has also contributed.

Hmm. Apart from Yei and Reynolds who were banned after they'd left the club, we've had Minikin 2 matches, Day 1 and Gale 1. That's not that much. Three more to come next week like.

That won't have affected the overall number of players used much at all. And all squads get injuries. I doubt Rovers in 2024 have been especially hit in that regord. Most clubs will have 4 to 6 players unavailable week by week.

Our large turnover of players is due to fringe squad players who are not quite the level at the start of the season, then DR (10 players) plus loans (3 more)

+ 6 matches for Roberts

Well that was a turn up for the book, 11 tries all converted. We know they can play like that but why has it taken so long to turn in a very nearly perfect performance. A few errors but yes it was a great match , some great tries and some solid defence,. Well done lads.!!

Not out of the woods yet but that was a lot better display. Patton great game. Our edges were Wynne Minnekin and Day had more of an understanding. I much prefer Wynne being in the side. Gale and Barley (Hull KR) and Hardcastle had good games. In fact it seemed all the players were hitting the right note together. It will be next week when they will find it tough at Halifax with the upcoming suspensions and of course the injury to Turner.

Good summing up by Phil Loxton better display all round and at last we have a kicking game with Patton.Centres defended better with Hardcastle in there and i like Barley from KR he did ok away at Sheffield. We even managed a 40/20 which was pleasing.Brad day was a fraction short for his third try but at the time Haven were well beat.Apparently the ref dosn't have to see the ball touched down and he was unsighted. If Patton is out next week and Turners injury is serious we are back to the same problem in the halves.Aekins like Jones reads the game very well in attack.Very poor crowd but people spend their money as they please so the losing run may nhave put some off.

Some are dissalusioned with the game not just our poor run. £20 as put a good few off and imho it should have been £17,can't win really because we need the money in to pay for a decent squad but some can't see that.

Some supporters just like to follow a winning team. You know there is more to the game than that.

It will with Addy and Bowes in the halves. It'll be back to square one!

Addy will be suspended. Barring a rabbit from the hat (and there have been some rumours), switching Aekins to half back again and bringing in Gorman or throwing in Charlie Harris might be the best option left.

Aye somebody needs to round them lads and lasses up and let them in for ten quid job lot. They did have a tendency to swear and take their clothes off but who cares. They were worth thirty points😄

Season ticket holders get into the ground parking free of charge so that is £5 a home game saved, if you want to park there of course. Much bewtter performance today and I think the bench players did well. Wonder how the line up will be next game.
