Your defence couldn't be faulted.

Our defence has been dreadful most of season.

Listened to Widnes coach interview after game and didn't give us one good word, said we slowed the rock down and he doesn't agree with it. Up to him to deal with it then.

It was one of those games Rover, if it had finished 0 - 0 I don't think either side would have cause for complaint.  At the end of the day you won and winners can smile........

Just because you think everyone hates you doesn't mean they don't.

The two stand out wins for me were Doncaster and Featherstone. Well done to both. I genuinely do not know the answer to this question. When was the last time Widnes were nilled at home?

Don't know but Fev did it last year too.

They were good for you, they help build character.

I never looked at it quite that way lol, but Widnes were an great team to watch regardless.

York probably want another couple of wins, but looking at the fixtures we have Toulouse (A), Batley (H), Whitehaven (A), Widnes (A), Wakefield (A), Sheffield (A) and Featherstone (H). Could quite easily see no wins from that little lot.

I'd back you to beat Widnes, Featherstone and Whitehaven at least. I'd reckon 4 wins from that. You're as good as safe already tho imo.

Yes, they were. I would not be the psychotic character I am today without the trauma of the Sorensons, the Tamatis, the Hulmes, the Mylers and the O'Neills.

One year we went there, 1987, we were already down, a few shied off and we shipped 62 points.

Back in the top flight in 1988 we shipped 58 points.

The next year I thought, it can't be worse, but we shipped 59 points with Currier and Offiah with their own little private competition of who could score most. I think they got nine between them.

That's one of the  reasons i enjoyed putting 70 odd on them a couple of seasons ago - they never got 70 😉 😜

We always used to give them a good game at home, but Naughton Park was definitely the house of pain for us!

Pretty certain you beat us at home ,summat like 30-10, and we were relegated. But then got invited back in with half the money.

Watched highlights just now. I'm sure both teams are better than that.

Maybe we'll beat you in the play offs. Maybe.

I'm saying nowt about the ref, other than he's probably back at school today!😁

The Widnes directors in those days were very generous supplying us pre game with free alcohol, probably to numb the pain for what was to come!
