Expatknight
Thought Batley were poor today and not the usual Batley we are used to seeing, a very dominant Knights performance with all 17 players doing their bit, Williams, Daley and Ward were outstanding and Hingano is just something else, even when he appeared to be struggling with a bit of an injury, the guy is just class, pure and simple.
Puk
Great team performance today and we didn't let Batley get a foothold in the game thought Ward and AJ were outstanding returning the ball and defensively we look so strong under Applegarth compared to Hendo, hopefully we secured our place in the championship for next season with the win,but don't think we will make the play offs this season on the downside.
Roger York
Good strong performance again today was worried we might have a hangover from Toulouse but gladly not to be. Brad ward again gets better and Jack Martin looks a really good signing he ran and tackled really well plus a couple of good offloads. I hope the Batley player is okay and also can they stop playing music when a player is badly injured please show some respect to the player.

Roger York
In my eyes music playing when a player is badly injured its not respectful I may be wrong. Let the medical staff deal with it and be able to communicate with each other without that distraction.

andyacko
Thought we made Batley look pedestrian today. Thought that the unsettling and concerning injury to Ally Leak stopped the margin being bigger as the ten minutes after the injury up to the break was very scrappy. Glad Ally's OK cos he's a top lad and a decent player. Watched Fev v Toulouse last night. It's said that if your team are not on it in the Championship on the day, anyone can turn you over. Toulouse found out last night that if you have three of four players in your 17 who are below par on the day, the sum total of the team effort means you get beat. Look at our boys today. Spoke to Browney after the game and remarked how well he, AJ and WardAir returned to ball out of our 10/20. How solid and industrious our second rows were, Jake Gannon and Connor B. And that's before you mention our potential MOM's, Nikau Williams, Ata, Josh Daley, Jubby and Tommo - Joe Law's sidestep that made a solid player like Elliot Kear look foolish, Santi's effort and relentless go forward, The tackling machine that is Jack Martin. That fend of Cunno's that turned a possible try into a certain four pointer. It was a cracking 17 man display, each one backing up the other. William's touch miss from a penalty that was followed by the same player leading the drive that stuck the Batley player into touch within seconds. Lovely interview with Mash afterwards when he spoke about not being able to look at himself in the mirror if he didn't let players with the flair and quality of Nikau and Ata do their thing and he paid a lovely tribute to Tommo on his 350th career start. Moment of the match, Ata's concern for Leaky when he realised he might be badly hurt - class.

Nearenough
mash has enabled us to play with the ideal blend of organisation and flair. it makes for a very enjoyable watch. we never gave em an inch in that game, just snuffed out all hope and the result was never ever in doubt. well done lads in mash we most certainly trust!

It is certainly a better watch than under Hendo and the last couple of seasons of Fordys reign. We have some really classy players here and when they are allowed to play they show i. It’s a pity some of the refs give a narrow 10 metres at the play the ball, which I can’t understand because you are creating hard work for yourself when the players are on top of each other. To be fair the kid in the middle yesterday did a pretty good job again, the only real howler was when he pulled Nikau for offside when he had actually kicked the ball, but that was down to the touch judge.
