I've been stuck on a course all day in Stratford feeling helpless, so I've had my mum ringing the airline trying to find out what to do!! If its still shut tomorrow, looks like I'll cancel (with full refund) and try and go somewhere else. At the moment I could end up heading to Australia!

I almost wish the buggers would actually do something violent rather than just sit there!!! Make it worth while.
