I think the makers of this 1970s cartoon are about to sue Jaguar’s head of creative design.   Did he actually get original on anything here? :

1) Can anyone in the target demographic afford it?

2) More importantly, can they park it?   Especially in the UK

Looks like a sort of sleeker, chunkier e-type with the long bonnet, the cockpit set right back and the sloped rear. Can't say I'm a fan of modern cars though, the e-type is one of my favourites and is a million times more attractive than this.

Everything is exaggerated, as is the norm with concept cars. Elements of this style will find their way into the production vehicle, but this is a pointer.

James May on Radio 4 pointed out that as the long bonnet is not covering a big V12 (new Jags will be all-electric) the shape is merely a stylistic call-back to earlier Jaguars, and could have been more adventurous/creative.

Shame.

At least NASA still have the 'Super' Guppy.   The US will no doubt find a way to keep that one on display when she retires.   I think Airbus may have one on display at Toulouse too.

Manchester buses introduce "hopper" option on fares: https://news.tfgm.com/press-releases/40ac68ac-b744-4574-8486-82155e759b8e/cheaper-and-simpler-bus-fares-set-to-launch-in-greater-manchester

We have these in London and they add an extra level of mobility to people who are counting the pennies everyday.

Bloody train cancelled again... thank you Northern... thankfully I don't have to be where I'm going at any particular time so can get the later service but it means I'll be missing my connection and will have to buy another ticket for that bit of the journey... thankfully I'm only going one stop down the line on that one so shouldn't cost too much.
