Exactly what I was thinking.....It was far worse.... Prior at least attempted a tackle (poorly and slightly late) ....Knowles just shoulder barged him.... Don't think it has even give on report???

McIllorum has had yellows and bans but never a red and he dragged the player in to a standing position not 2 inches off the floor.

Some of these collisions could really cause a lot of damage, my suggestion is we make each game tag to avoid anything really bad happening.

They kind of dont have any choice because unlike the Gwaze incident, there actually was the possibility of a spine or neck injury in this one.

I know what you mean (assuming you are saying it is a tough sport full stop so let's just get on with it) but I think getting rid of avoidable stuff is needed

The nature of the injury is irrelevant.

You can’t lift an injured player. You’ve no idea of the severity of the injury. 
 

The players know this and they know the consequences
