Short kick offs are pointless. Ireland did the same and just conceded more points.

Play the percentages.

Tonga got a fair few calls against PNG. Some of these were key, like the forward pass being ignored that led to a try, and resulted in them winning. Everything has also gone their way today. Now I think they'd have still won today regardless but they've had an awful go their way so far in this World Cup.

I thought PNG scored a try that was denied.

It takes reasonableness to end that discussion.

Tonga have muscle and individually can do some good things but ultimately their spine isnt good enough to go all the way

Playing the percentages is why Kear hasn't won anything for about thirty years.

Just seen Antrobus with a black eye, it’s from when Koloamatangi pushed him. Absolute grub should 100% suspended for a few matches, He basically punched him.

He had that during the anthems.

Ended up a bit rubbish this after a brilliant first 20 minutes.

Tonga had a blatant forward pass in early try that stood wrongly, some said a short pass for a second Tonga try was forward though I was less convinced by that. PNG had a try denied for supposed touch in goal, though it wasn't as clear as tonight's from replay and importantly most people agreed that the defending Tongan player on that play shoulder charged the PNG player on the line - not given.

Knock on in the lead up, this is sickening refereeing. Making hard to watch.

Terrible refereeing, I know it’s her first game but she shouldn’t be reffing another game after this display.

I must have slept through that one.

Well, I've seen two games each from Samoa and Tonga and I don't think there is anything to suggest that England can't get to the final of this competition.

Sickening refereeing, seriously?

Its a shame this Wales team doesn't get more support from Wales. Really valiant in this tournament, arguably the best Wales performances (even in defeat) for a decade or more.
