Have had my fingers crossed for a while hoping he would be on our radar. In the game up at Owl Lane he was brilliant. Played well at York too the season before. A very good signing as long as the Giants don't have lots of injuries and call him back.

That's the problem there will be a call back clause.

That's a great signing for you guys ......... he was outstanding in the (sadly) few games he had with rams last year.

Could well be the best full back in the Championship

Don't tell fev that they think they have the best 3 full backs in the championship

What a difference 24 hours makes. We now have cover on the wing and a top class full back which will allow Kear to cover 1 to 6. Just as long as we can keep McGowan for most of the season. With Senior (when recovered from op) and Meadows backs look good. Just a couple more forwards required now.

Giants already letting us know they might recall even with 3 and a half fullbacks....!

Really why’s that?

no offence to the kid unless they get serious injury I’ve not seen him mentioned in any interview with Watson or any current first team full back including jake Connor

he’s behind Connor,Tui lolohea, Pryce & Goulding in stakes for a place at full back also Kevin Neiqama can slot in there he’s probably 5th choice

I doubt the Giants will interfere, they didn’t when he played for us and was probably as far down the pecking order then (although I believe Pryce has gone to Oz). I believe he is willing to bide his time and it will do him no harm to be a highlight in the Championship..

He is better than Hooley, in my opinion.

I'd be surprised if he is chosen before Kear tbh!

As to your second point CF I think this is the biggest load of tripe I've read in a long time. Talented he maybe, but Hooley he ain't

Highly likely that they'll both feature together in a lot of games. Always thought Kear was more of a centre/winger anyway?

I like tripe to eat, but remember the words at Hey’s tripe stall on Dewsbury market: “Don’t talk tripe, eyt it!” I think you will find n this case that you are talking tripe, not I. Your coach thought well enough of him to secure his services, so is he wrong?

We shall see, perhaps on Boxing Day, though I hope not.

Legs, Dews, Legs.
