Lots of sports show one sided games ,and still big it up, the Union WC has has loads over the years and never do they try to reduce the number in fact they expand it.

A world cup is definitely different though.

Suck it up, boyo 😉

Don't get me wrong, I am glad there showing it, just a shame about the score.

Or show nothing, which is worse?

Definitely worth showing.

Whilst I expect we are getting next to nothing in cold hard cash, in terms of coverage and how they present the game, I think we have a superb partner in the BBC. They really do treat us like a serious partner on these end of season internationals, it must be approaching 15 years now that they have shown England internationals on their prime channel each year.

Hopefully this does well on tv and in the stands and it gives us confidence to stage more and more of these.

It's good that they are covering the women's game but BBC viewers are going to tune into (what I'm sure will be) a battering. Is that the best thing to be broadcasting?

Yes, people love seeing the national side winning.

And they assume the more they win by the better the team is.  It's only the fans of Rugby League who think seeing the national side winning a match well will he harmful.

Three games along the M62 corridor and yet the BBC broadcast all 3 on prime time Saturday/Sunday afternoon BBC 1 just affirms how strong the BBC's commitment to Rugby League is.

Well done, absolutely do not allow this positive news to go unchallenged.

Two separate themes: the TV coverage is excellent.

The actual series organisation and promotion & the derisory number of opportunities for women and wheelchair games is pitiful - beyond excuse-making awful.

Rugby league contains multitudes.

This has been discussed plenty. And whilst I agree that we should have gone for London for a Test, in reality, most won't think anything of this, particularly if the grounds are full.

It certainly doesn't need to be a thing that is brought up every time something positive happens.

No, agreed.

Again it’s been discussed before Dave but how full is full? Is a 16,000 sell out in a 25,000 capacity stadium full? 🤷🏼

Yea, why does anyone go to watch a live game?

Got our tickets and will record the games and watch them again, but then we’re rugby league tragics 👏👏

There is no reason they would call 16k a sellout. As far as I know they have never done that before.

What they have done is open stands as required.

The seating map of the JS doesn’t include two stands’ top tiers thus reducing the capacity to 16,000. They are blacked out and there isn’t any indication they will be opened if required.

Foxtel usually show all the England internationals. If not use a VPN and watch the game either live or on delay the following day.

Okay but as a 59-year-old semi-Luddite, I’m not really quite sure how to do this! 🤣🤣

That's pretty standard.
