With the best, thats a good bit of PR, though I would say the Bedford team, theres, like, you know, 13 blokes who can get together at the weekend to have a game together, which doesnt point to expansion of the game. Point, yeah go on!

According to Facebook Kian Morgan has asked to be released from the remainder of his contract and the club has agreed. Can’t blame him; he’ll want first team game time. Always tried hard for us and never let us down.

Agreed. Always gave his all in an Oldham shirt. Will he bobbing down the road to Oldham A team?

Was excellent in 2022 at left centre and full back but didn't kick on and obviously this year was going to struggle for game time. Will be a very handy player for somebody in League One.

It's ok if he's a free agent I think

Shame, good servant and was probably going to have a run in the team if he not get injured against North Wales

Can't do for this season, window closed!?

Free agents can. Given his likes of certain posts on social media, suspect there may be an announcement today.

Looking at Wikipedia he is 37 next month so perhaps that has something to do with it.

I’m not certain he’s fully fit either. Getting to the age where it would take longer and longer to recover and a big ask for him to sustain it week in week out at a higher level. He was good for us last season in passing on experience, giving a mental boost to the squad, ( plus the funniest interview ever when he found out that we were actually playing Newcastle at home - not away), etc., and all credit to him for that. We had younger forwards with better stats though and harsh as it is, it’s the only way to move on. Good lad and I wish him well.
