Still disagree with me about Miller? That last night was one of the worst full back displays I've seen in SL for quite some time, out of position for the vast majority of the game. He simply isn't an RL full back.

What's the feeling by Leeds fans about Frawley playing ahead of young Sinfield, every time Sinfields on the pitch Leeds seems a much more cohesive attack, more energy etc. I was astounded he wasn't at least on the bench.

Nothing Sinfield has done has stood out or impressed me. There’s not a lot to choose from between Frawley and Sinfield, although the latter is significantly worse in defence and is often targeted. He does potentially have greater capacity to improve though which is why there are calls for him to play

Whilst it is amusing to watch Leeds be an absolute shadow of its former self, a strong club and first team in Leeds is really important for SL. But they are rubbish at the moment…

I have no idea what relevance that has at all.

It was a comment regarding the name within the game. For all his praise he never won anything. Rowan might be the same, a chip off the old block.

If he had a different surname, those fans clamouring for him to start wouldn't know he existed.

To be fair he’s been ripping it up in the reserves and before that the Academy, he is a talented player

Like I said that makes no sense at all. It's not genetic, that trait has not even been passed down the extensive Brian Smith coaching tree.

Rowan has already won a premiership with North Devils

Smith is very lucky that Cas is the next game, then Hull FC 2 weeks later!

They are both very beatable and like the last time we played them, wins could give him breathing space with the higher ups (wrongly imo but that is how I suspect it will go).

He’s only lucky if he wins lose either of those and that could push him over the edge.

Think Cas is a must win game. We don’t have a good recent record against them and they always get up for it. If we lose to Cas I think he’ll be gone

Agreed, but even I think we will beat them

I agree, but we smashed Cas last time recently and they are still pretty terrible.

To some extent I'd rather we did lose and we were all put out of our misery, but I doubt it will happen

Can't help but think it would spell the end for Smith if either the Cas or Hull games are lost. It would create such animosity from the fans that surely there is no way back for Smith.

I think it can't get worse with the fans tbh. Its now a case of either the board or the players, or both, turning, imo.

If we do lose to either of those games I think we could be seeing the players giving up on the coach.

Perhaps we saw the beginning of that this weekend with the players. A 40 point grilling with a second half so poor.

The players looked to have given up on Friday, which I don’t think ive seen during Rohan’s time, once that happens, it’s curtains because getting rid of the coach is really only the viable option. Reminds me of how wire were last year eith Powell although he seemed to turn on the players themselves publicly which did for him.

Will be an interesting week!

I’m not sure how it will pan out TBH

I know the Lot Pod were saying they expect something to be announced this week but I really doubt it myself. I don't see the point in announcing Smith is going at the end of the year or anything like that, and equally I don't see him being the sort of bloke to step back of his own accord.

As I said in another post, I don't know if we have the player/players able to bypass Smith and go straight to Hetherington either.

As for Hetherington, head in the sand is the vibe I get, but maybe that is just him not wanting to question the coach publicly. We'll know if he hasn't got his head in the sand if he has someone lined up as a replacement - I doubt he has though. Maybe its also an element of a lack of faith in himself and his own decision making.

I can see the merits in announcing him leaving at the end of the season and they are looking for a new coach, it takes the hear out of the situation a bit.

As i say im not sure how it will pan out.

I don’t think he should be a pundit when Saints are playing, it’s excruciating. I have to change the channel to literally anything else.

I didn’t want to see him in the Red Vee for his last ten years at Saints.

I think it will just mean the players switch off tbh, and you'll just end up with fans saying "go now". This isn't Klopp saying he is leaving Liverpool!

Frawley is cheating a living

sinfield needs a run of 5 games then judge him
