Is Gary away? Not seen anything about team news, player or coach interviews in a fortnight. Lots going on but no connection to the team which is what we go for.

No way of knowing if we'll escape this slump or not. Hopefully whatever caused it has been rectified.  I watched Warrington the other day and that's how all teams should defend their line...as if their lives depend on it. Some of that needed.

Absolute must win. Hunslet seem similar to ourselves, some very good wins and performances, along with some dross (against ourselves amongst those efforts) are we capable of winning? 100%, am I confident? 20%. I think burns and Henson are the 2 we need in the side, if either or both are missing we have little to no chance, I would be giving Tongia a start at 2nd row, liams goal line defence was very poor last time and dosent offer that go forward that Bradley does

I wonder if town will be interested in taking Dion from haven on loan whilst he’s on club suspension, great player and maybe a change of team and scenery will do him the world of good on a personal level

Not a chance, don't want his type near our club if the rumours are true.

I'd play Galea in centre instead of Mossop

Do we have another winger though? There’s only 5 backs in the squad from what I can see so I think 1-5 picks itself. Where’s Johnny Hutton at?

Stick Mossop on the wing

I would also play Galea in the centre and play Jason on the wing , we all know Jason won't pass , Zarrin just seems wasted on the wing , get him involved more. UTT 🔵 ⚪

Good luck for the lads today, they need to dig deep and get a performance out of the bag. Loads down at the ground already with the Maryport take over, it's a nice day and it's a fiver to get in. Let's hope the lads can pull it off.

Also big shout out to Ryan from Northern Competitions. Great gesture and backing of the club 👏

The race is not always to the swift nor the battle to the strong, but thats the way to bet!

Archer & Forber at halves and no backs on the bench. But at least we have Matty & Jordan back. 💪

To be fair it eliminates any chance of us rotating Matty which can only be a good thing as we’re a lot weaker when he goes off. Kicking game might be an issue today, hopefully Ellis can get some distance with his

Possibly the worst 40 minutes in the first half and we looked dead and buried. but credit we dominated the 2nd half and just lacked that creative spark to get us over the line that Kieran would have given us. Thought Ethan was outstanding today, best game we’ve seen anyone wearing a sammut shirt have all year. No idea what the sponsors were watching giving matty the man of the match, thought he had possibly one of his worst games in a town shirt. The 3 imports all done well, especially tongia and would love to see galea get some grass to run into. Thought Ellis done well apart from his 2 complete brain explosions for the intercept and the ridiculous decision to kick early in the tackle count with a minute to go. Sadly I can’t see us winning any of the next 3 and 6 game losing streak with our squad is criminal and Muzza should be on borrowed time I’m afraid.
