I think it's nice enough. There's only so much you can do. The last kit didn't have enough red, this one rectifies that.

Will wait till I see it in the flesh to pass full judgement.

Lovely to see an absence of a massive St George’s Cross. Pledged this morning I wasn’t going to buy it, but now I’ve seen it I may be changing my mind.

The more i see it the more I dislike it.

Theres way too many design elements.

Don’t think the Betfred logo helps make it look ‘classy’ either

I find the whole England RL brand really poor anyway to be honest, just doesn’t look like the pinnacle of the sport like it should be.

Why is England scared to look like England?

Might as well be GB.

This kit looks goofy.

International rugby league started going down hill when John Smiths stopped being the main shirt sponsors.

As a genuine aside, I'm actually rather shocked (or perhaps I shouldn't be given where the sport is) that we haven't got a main level alcohol brand using their 0% stuff to "stealth" advertise in the sport. Thinking Guinness, Peroni, Heineken all do it to cheat the advertising system, sorry promote their alcohol free options.

Ah for the simpler times. Back when the challenge cup was sponsored by cigarettes and Great Britain by Guinness.

Our main sponsors now are bookies, beer, vodka, whisky and wine.

No gin partner yet.

Be more visible on French TV and it would probably happen. Until then ...

What even is it? It's like Coca-Cola changing their packaging and name every 5 minutes. For trying to build brand recognition with a new audience it's the worst possible strategy. That and hardly playing any games. It's almost as though they don't want to attract any new fans.

I see that it's the kit for 24/25, so can I presume we'll be wearing it for The Ashes next autumn?

Yes. Announced the other day.

So we’ll play against Australia who will be wearing one of the most iconic kit designs in RL which has barely changed in it’s design for its existence.

And we’ll be playing in a 1979s rip off football kit with some weird added Vs on the sides, that looks like an advert for betting.

great.

great.

Pretty much but I’d say more of an early 1980’s rip off England football kit.
