I've never been able to listen to Dexys in the same way after seeing Kevin Rowland bottled off the stage at Reading festival in 1999. Not sure wearing a white dress, stockings and singing Whitneys Houston's Greatest love of all, was the greatest idea for a comeback...

With the best, thats a good bit of PR, though I would say the Bedford team, theres, like, you know, 13 blokes who can get together at the weekend to have a game together, which doesnt point to expansion of the game. Point, yeah go on!

Three quid?

Eddie must have thought he'd got himself a collector's item.

I think the only way you could get more eclectic is with the addition of some Jim Reeves hits played on the Mongolian Nose Flute!!

Thanks as ever Futtocks. A push towards the different / those you haven't heard for a bit is always welcome. I tend to sink towards the familiar or worse still, the lower common denominator of French radio. Word to the Wise Guy - hell yeah! I will be seeking out the rest throughout the evening....

If you only check out one, try the Brothers Johnson. Funky from 'fro to toe!
