Scientific studies have shown there is no intelligent life on YouTube. I have spent the last 2 months - damn off-season - debunking Pizzagaters on YT. I targeted one particular moron who portrayed himself as bravely chasing the truth no matter the cost to himself, blah, blah. I could tell from his vids that he hadn't even read the Podesta emails on Wikileaks and was just paraphrasing stuff he'd seen on other Pizzagate vids. He had bumped his Patreon donations up to nearly $5,000/mth on the back of Pizzagate.

I trolled all his vids really hard pointing out the flaws in his logic - Pizzagate is just one huge denunciation of logic mixed with mass hysteria - and how poor his "research" was, to the point where even the dreaded MSM was supplying more info on the principals than he was. I don't think I convinced anyone and I couldn't see any way of getting through to them.

Then ............ he shot himself in the foot bigly, much biglyer than I could ever have done because he pulled a move that would never have occurred to me. He uploaded a vid denouncing the Flat Earthers. Turns out they were half his subscribers!!! Now there are heaps of YTers denouncing him in typical CTer jargon: he's a paid shill, a gatekeeper. controlled opposition, a psyop. It's beautiful to watch.

You are a braver soul than I to step into youtube comments.

With the best, thats a good bit of PR, though I would say the Bedford team, theres, like, you know, 13 blokes who can get together at the weekend to have a game together, which doesnt point to expansion of the game. Point, yeah go on!

After the US election I was trying to see if I really was in a confirmation-biased bubble. I started out with a bit of Hitchens and Dawkins just to flush my brain out then I just kept clicking. Conclusion: the alternative media are absolutely rubbish. Some of the smaller social critics are OK but they don't have the resources to cover anything beyond their own bedrooms. Even the bigger skeptics like Thunderf00t and Sargon have a few blatant errors which even the MSM didn't make. One of my favourites is a young Brit who's only 17 I think, Cosmic Skeptic. He's one of the best young atheists I've seen.

I never thought I'd say, "Thank you Kellyanne Conway," but today I've been trolling Pizzagate threads demanding that Trump investigate Hillary and Obama over the coverup of the Bowling Green Massacre.

I caught one:  "Check out the breathless wikipedia article on it - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bowling_Green_massacre - like they couldn't post it fast enough. And then it drones on and on. ... These liberals' high horses keep getting higher and higher - while galloping faster and faster. Gotta fall off soon - and break their asses."

Heard of Daniel Holtzclaw? He was an Oklahoma cop convicted of 18 out of 36 charges of sexual assault mainly against prostitutes. He was sentenced to 263 years jail. There is a lot wrong with this case but the bit that stood out for me was one victim who described her "attacker" as a short black man. Holzclaw is 6'1" weighs 110kg and his father is white and his mum's Japanese.

He won't have to serve the full term.  With good behaviour he will be out in a hundred and thirty years.

I knew someone would say that but he claims he's innocent so he'll have to do the full 263.

The wife wanted me to get her tickets to see Tom Petty I Hyde Park this summer. Stevie Nicks is also there. So, I agreed to look. She said "not the cheap part". After looking tonight and buying tickets, WHAT SODDING CHEAP PART!  The "cheap" tickets where you can't see and hope you can hear one note in three were about £80 each. I ended up calling in a favour and getting some Platinum tickets for her but even then the prices were outrageous, and they weren't even tout inflated tickets.

I know I'm a bit out of touch with modern concert going but FFS, these prices...

I went to the Isle of Wight in 1970 ... £14, I think.

Hendrix, Doors, Who, Joni Mitchell, Melanie, Free, Family, John Sebastian, Emmerson Lake & Palmer. Plus, I missed Leonard Cohen and Joan Baez.
