You've been pretty good at predicting the results the last few times - so I'm happy to bow to your superior knowledge!!

This week's League 1 Show is out now:

The unofficial podcast dedicated to League 1 returns this week as we look back at all the results from Round 7 of the League 1 campaign.

In this week's show we also preview that big big match between Toronto and Barrow this weekend, and we discuss the Head Coach departures from Doncaster and Hunslet, as we hear from Don's CEO Carl Hall and BBC Radio Leeds' Andrew Steel.

Plus we hear the post match views from Whitehaven, Workington Town, York City Knights, Newcastle Thunder and the All Golds.

On this week's show, Ben was also joined by League Express' Matthew Shaw and by BBC Radio Cumbria's John Gibson.

If we play anything like we did in the first 40mins last week Skolars to win. I also fancy Barrow to win and All Golds and Oxford. Good thing this season is no game is a foregone conclusion (oh, other than Hemel losing - which is a shame).

Somebody on another thread said it was because of visa problems. Hopefully these problems will be sorted out if Toronto are promoted to Super League in a couple of years and teams such as Wigan Warrington Leeds Salford etc are not handicapped.

part injuries, part no visa allowed ... anyone with any sort of criminal record can be refused. one player was stopped at the airport check in and stopped from travelling ... dont know the ins and outs of why etc but this is what all clubs face !!

Surely clubs must apply for visas well in advance,so there is no excuse for last minute problems.

Lets wait to see what the explanation for this debacle is shall we ... whoever is at fault (probably all parties) the rest of the RL clubs need to learn from it.

Regarding the game im sure the Raiders will give it their all and you cant ask any more than that !!

Apparently Barrow did apply for their visa's in plenty of time, then 3 days before they were due to leave the Canadian authorities wanted more information. I know Dally got turned away at the airport. I will probably see him on Sunday.

It is very hard to get a squad of p!ayers named in advance who knows what happens. Is it right that a player is refused a visa due to drink drive I know this for a FACT, or some one who has had a scrape say two years ago but just wants to play this glorious game.

Biggest game of the week in 'all of League is League 1': Toronto/Barrow

They will meet again in the 8's and then both probably be promoted next year. Then they will play again!

Can anybody say 'RIVALRY!'

Let it begin.

Is that down to injuries or work comitments Morty? You won't have to go to Toronto again mate. The championships are just stepping stones to Super League for them.

That is the general idea, Toronto can get a good fan base too. Part of the deal was to enter in at this level, but that's Okay we have enjoyed all the games so far. Many of my friends in Canada who normally watch a stupid game called north american football where the guys dress in padding and motorbike helmets, have had a taste of Rugby league now and love it. Trouble is that till now Rugby league never had the exposure or money to get into the public eye except in north England. Hopefully the Wolfpack project will be the start of something bigger. Sorry Barrow I do respect you, but I will be in the stands shouting for our Wolfpack to thump you so we can move up a notch next year as planned.

We will lose a few on the way...no doubt about it.

This will make the taste of Rhino blood even better when we take the large sluggish beast down in a few years.  Make no doubt about it...the end goal is that lovely taste of Rhino blood.   Then we will wash it down with some good beer(s)!

Make no doubt about the Pack is coming

"Run with the Pack!"
