CanaBull
A bit late getting to it this week, but after a couple of days away at a hotel earlier this week and a bit of indulgence on an Indian feast, I'm down 1.3 lbs to 158lbs dead on. A sucker for gulab jamun and rasmalai lol.

tim2
69.8 for me this week. Bedford Roughyed
Weight still 160. Last night - Row (5:04, 709m), 15 Air Squats, 15 Sit Ups (to knees), 20 Push Ups (from Knees), 10 Ring Incline Pull Up. Basically a variation of the Crossfit Baseline test, it has a 9 min cut off, but last night was just a run through to see how it goes. The sit ups were the worst, which I didn't expect. Full Baseline - 500 Meter Row, 40 Air Squats, 30 Sit-Ups, 20 Push-Ups, 10 Pull-Ups - for time (9mins max). 1 With the best, thats a good bit of PR, though I would say the Bedford team, theres, like, you know, 13 blokes who can get together at the weekend to have a game together, which doesnt point to expansion of the game. Point, yeah go on!
CanaBull
158.4lbs this week, up by 0.4. Not being doing much other than walking at the moment, usual physical stuff plus got a project rollout at work to go on Monday plus all the separation ######. Conscious decision to get the work stuff out of the way and not beat myself up over not doing other exercising activiites. Taking that as a mental fitness improvement to be honest. bobbruce
Working away for a couple of weeks so will just stick with my weight from last week. A few takeaways though so I do expect a jump up when I finally get on the scales again.

CanaBull
157.8lbs this week, down 0.6. Weather has warmed up so went for my first short run of 2021 at a local park. Only 2.5k in 20 minutes but rather be over cautious.
tim2
We are in completely unchartered territory now. I'm now 68.2kg, down nearly 17kg since October - I can see rib cage. I have a bit of a loose skin issue around my gut area. I feel the wind might blow me away soon and I get cold very easily.... 4 "I am the avenging angel; I come with wings unfurled, I come with claws extended from halfway round the world. bobbruce
After two weeks away living mostly on takeaways 91.8kg which isn’t as bad as it could’ve been. Pretty sure it was much higher than that when I got back on Friday.

CanaBull
156lbs on the nose this week, down 1.8lbs. Bit more breathing room under the 160lb goal weight. Bought some new runners this week, On Running Cloudflyers. Even with all bracing, these are the most comfortable and well fitting shoes I've had. A bit of an impulse buy, but maybe it was for a reason.
