Interesting that Catalan haven't picked him. He might be on a match fee only contract and given all the controversy the Dragons might just think it's just too much of a distraction to take him to away fixtures.

Catalans fitness/injury woes:

Backs: No Folau (not fit yet), no Mead, no Tierney, no Davies,

Forwards: no Moa,

Likely Arthur Romano as centre/wing.

Likely centre/wing debut for new signing from Toulouse, Gavin Marguerite.

Thanks Jean.

The weather will be a leveler - the forecast for Sunday is appalling for Sunday.

All depends on who adapts to the conditions, I doubt it will be a high scoring or entertaining game.

Folau is on a contract of 240000 euros or  200000 pounds for the season, a fifth of his money in union!

Hardly surprising, Saracens got fined for salary cap breaches - £12m . That would bankrupt our entire top division

No Hugo Salabio?  Scandalous.

Agreed.  Weather will play a big part.

Wakey by 12 is my bet.

I think the old term " a game of two Half's " will be getting some use today ?

Yep, not a day for precision kicking or passing. Wakefield have postponed their reserves game, but SL game is going ahead as things stand.

Thanks for this information. I was curious about how much he was being paid. It seems a good salary given the situation.

I would think assuming he has a good season, he is likely to make considerably more elsewhere next season in Union.
