The bookies have New South Wales favourites at around 1/2 with Queensland at 2/1 or thereabouts. The spread is Queensland +6.

Can't pick it, myself. NSW seems the stronger side on paper but Queensland in Townsville seems a tough prospect.

Who's going to win, then?

Or QLD were garbage?

Most dominant backline display I’ve seen in a top level game of RL,the Blues displayed every skill today, great to watch.

World's Top 11 Players (a class above everyone else)    James Tedesco Tom Trbojevic Latrell Mitchell Ryan Papenhuyzen Nathan Cleary Jack Wighton   Cameron

Something, something Lancashire v Yorkshire, something something.

Something, something, NRL don’t care about internationals, something, something.

Let’s get that out of the way early doors for all the miseries.

Go the Blues.

NSW win i think. Despite home advantage i think QLD are lacking in a few areas, but who knows. its Origin after all.

Good to see Kyle Feldt getting a QLD jumper though.

Sorry, off topic a bit, but what is it with brands in Australia.

Did somebody say Menulog???

No, nobody said that ever 😉

I'm guessing Just Eat was already taken in Aussie! Bit like Burger King/Hungry Jack's.

Is the kangaroo in the QLD badge a new thing?

Sort of. It was on the original Queensland shirt when Origin started but has been brought back in the last couple of years.

On the one hand QLD were terribe. On the other, that NSW team beats England playing like that.

That Queensland team still beats the last England/GB team by a long chalk, even playing like that! Hopefully Wane will have them fired up a bit more.

So a boring predictable result then?

What are people getting worked up about?

Optimistically the BBC have already concluded that the 3rd game will be the 'decider'.

How did the commentators keep up the hysteria?
