For once we are in a good position re available players, hopefully it will continue that way and we can get a settled team out there and then we will see the results that this group are capable of.

Certainly looks the part and is probably is more advanced than some of our younger players at this time, but not taking anything away from Harrison and Ward who are real talents and will keep improving as the season goes on but not by playing them in every game.

Connor has already played a few Super League games and at 6 foot 3 he's got size.

He sounds like a decent player, the trouble is if he's too decent he could be on his way back before his season long loan is up. "Season long loan" often isn't that at all unfortunately, it's more like " until the parent club needs him back". Anyway, fingers crossed he's as good as he sounds reading Hendo's assessment of him, we certainly need cover in the centre.

If he needs a scan it must be pretty bad. Does anyone know what his injury is

Think there's a degree of caution here - they don't want him trying to play through it, or train with it, until they can be more certain of what the injury is.

Proper dire stuff that, if that was my first ever game I certainly wouldn’t want to watch another. Our players looked like they’d never met before, very odd considering how we’ve been playing before.

Referee was embarrassing all round, almost comical. Taking players back 12 metres, allowing 8 second PTBs, blatant head highs not given, clear knock ons ignored, balls knocked backwards given as knock ons.

All in just rubbish.

Well done Haven though, came to slow us down and stop us playing and did that very well.

Haven deserved the win, a dire performance by the Knights, Hingano obviously not fit, why, at half time, didn’t Hendo move Brown to full back, Marshy to Stand Ooff, Harrison to the wing and bring on the new kid from Hull KR into the centre, he looked handy when he came on for the last few minutes. We lacked everything today and as for the ref, least said the better, but he wasn’t the reason we lost, we just weren’t good enough!  Let’s hope things turn around before next week or it is going to be painful at Featherstone.

I listened this game at the same time as watching Workington v Dewsbury. What do you all think of turning down the 2 points to draw ?.

Shouldn't even be a talking point, we didn't deserve a draw.

Hope there's some changes next week. For me barley, price and ward should all be given game time.

Considering asking for my entrance fee back!
